Our founder knows what it's like to grow up feeling "different" — to be told you're lazy when you're actually overwhelmed, to be called too sensitive when you're actually deeply perceptive. To mask your way through school, work, and relationships, always running on fumes, always performing a version of yourself that the world seems to demand.

The diagnosis came later — ADHD and Autism, a combination that explained everything and nothing all at once. There was relief in finally having words for it. But the world didn't change. The overwhelm didn't stop. The tools designed for "everyone" still weren't designed for us.
